We’re now looking for a driven and motivated Novated Leasing Consultant who is hungry to succeed, comfortable working the phones, and eager to make serious commission.
The Role
This is a sales role where your drive, resilience, and hunger for results will set you apart. You’ll be managing warm leads, building relationships, and closing deals. If you’ve worked in call centres, outbound sales, or other high-volume phone-based sales roles, you’ll fit right in.
No prior experience in novated leasing? No problem – full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Call and convert warm leads into clients
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently
• Build rapport quickly and provide consultative sales advice
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
• Work closely with a small, supportive team and directors who want to see you succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales drive and a serious hunger to earn
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working to targets
• Background in call centre, telesales, or phone-based sales is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust fast
• A resilient, motivated, and money-driven personality
