Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Novated Sales Team Leader at Flare, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for converting warm leads into novated lease customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our leasing operations, driving team engagement, and optimising our sales workflows. With a strong emphasis on coaching, data, and customer experience, you’ll ensure your team exceeds targets while delivering the exceptional service for which Flare is renowned.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of novated leasing consultants to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Monitor individual and team pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance support through regular 1:1s and group training.
  • Champion Flare’s high standards for customer experience, acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, product, and support to align on goals and opportunities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in sales scripts, processes, and workflows.
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding new sales team members as Flare grows.
