We are seeking an Operator(s) to join our dynamic team at Norman Love Confections. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, ensuring that our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained. This position is based in Fort Myers, FL.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Background in pastry, bakery, chocolatier work, or similar food production experience.

KEY SKILLS:

Strong manual dexterity for precise and repetitive tasks.
Excellent attention to detail to maintain consistency and product standards.
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Adequate physical stamina for tasks requiring standing or lifting

Basic Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and keep workstations and machinery clean and organized.
