RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support strategic transformation initiatives focused on trade processing, settlement workflows, and post-trade operations, contributing to programme delivery across global financial markets.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate project activities involving regulatory reporting enhancements, trade lifecycle optimization, and system integration projects, maintaining meticulous documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with trading desks, finance teams, operations teams, and technology groups, leveraging strong presentation skills to communicate complex regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project reports, business requirements documentation, and process maps.
• Collaborate effectively within a global team environment, managing projects that span multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks across different time zones.
• Monitor project timelines for initiatives involving margin calculations, corporate actions processing, and risk management system implementations.
• Support change management activities by creating clear, concise communications.
