APARTMENT MAINTENANCE & LEASING PROFESSIONALS

Essential Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Apartmetn Leasing and Maintenance Technicians.

LEASING PROFESSIONALS (EXPERIENCED) MUST HAVE PRIOR APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE

Assist prospective residents, give property tours, and manage lease paperwork. Must have prior leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi or OneSite.

ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGERS (EXPERIENCED) MUST HAVE PRIOR APARTMENT EXPERIENCE

Support property operations, process applications, and assist with rent collection. Prior leasing or assistant management experience required.

COMMUNITY MANAGERS (EXPERIENCED) MUST HAVE PRIOR APARTMENT EXPERIENCE

Oversee day-to-day operations, lead leasing teams, and manage resident satisfaction and property performance.

MAKE READY TECHNICIANS (EXPERIENCED) MUST HAVE PRIOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

Prepare vacant units for new residents through painting, basic repairs, caulking, and general cleaning. Must have your own tools.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS (EXPERIENCED)

Complete work orders, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliances. must have your own tools

HVAC EPA CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS (EXPERIENCED)

Repair and maintain HVAC systems, resolve heating/cooling issues, and assist with make-readies. Must have an active EPA Certification, own gauges and multimeter.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS (EXPERIENCED) PRIOR APARTMENT MAINTENACE SUPERVISOR EXPERIECE

Lead maintenance teams, prioritize work orders, oversee contractors, and ensure timely property upkeep. EPA/CAMT/CPO certifications preferred.
