Some officers monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems from a stationary position, while others conduct patrols and perform security checks. In office buildings, residential communities, and commercial properties, Security Officers help protect property, employees, residents, and visitors by monitoring access points and verifying credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and leaving the premises. Available Security Officer Positions Rover Conduct foot or vehicle patrols Detect suspicious behavior Help prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity Gatehouse Officer Greet residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner Verify identification Log visitor vehicles Announce visitors Control property access Front Desk Officer Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests Monitor CCTV camera systems Control building access Announce visitors Assist with package distribution when required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Florida Class D Security License required Valid Florida driver’s license Strong customer service skills Ability to write clear and accurate reports Monitoring and surveillance experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience is must! #IND3
