Description
Okie Staffing is seeking an experienced Grapple or Crane Tree CDL Driver (Class A or B, DOT required) to safely transport equipment and materials to tree service job sites. This role requires a CDL license, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to operate heavy machinery or assist in tree service operations. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, dependable, and experienced in driving commercial vehicles related to tree or landscaping services. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class A or B commercial vehicles including grapple or crane trucks to transport tree service equipment and materials Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation Secure loads properly and follow DOT compliance requirements Assist crew with loading and unloading materials when necessary Maintain accurate logs and paperwork for DOT and company records Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding scheduling and delivery details Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times Valid Class A or Class B CDL with DOT medical certification Minimum of 2 years driving experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in tree service or related industries Clean driving record with no major violations Ability to perform physical tasks including loading and unloading materials Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Pay: 22.00 to 30.00 DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays Required Overtime: Required as needed
