As an Engineering Technician, you’ll play a critical hands-on role in building, troubleshooting, and maintaining cutting-edge systems used in next-generation automotive and autonomous technology. You’ll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to bring prototypes to life, improve system performance, and ensure vehicles are fully operational and test-ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both hardware and software in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Potential for overtime and occasional weekend work based on project needs What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot vehicle systems, sensors, and computer components • Perform root cause analysis, calibration, and system diagnostics • Build and assemble prototypes, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies • Manage inventory of components and lab supplies • Handle procurement and vendor coordination for key parts • Support testing, maintenance, and uptime of vehicle platforms • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance and reliability Requirements ✔ 2+ years of technical experience (automotive, robotics, electrical, mechanical, or similar) ✔ Experience assembling prototypes, wiring, and cable systems ✔ Strong understanding of electrical schematics and datasheets ✔ Hands-on experience in a lab, shop, or build environment ✔ Soldering skills and high attention to detail ✔ Familiarity with shop tools, 3D printers, and diagnostic equipment ✔ Strong organization and communication skills Bonus Qualifications • Experience with Python or other programming languages • Familiarity with Linux and/or ROS • CNC, machining, welding, or metalworking experience • Automotive repair or maintenance knowledge • Experience with AV components (LiDAR, radar, cameras) • CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) • Ability to design and prototype custom cable harnesses Why Apply? ✨ Work on cutting-edge vehicle and autonomous technology ✨ Hands-on role with real impact on product development ✨ Collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment ✨ Opportunity to grow technical skills across multiple disciplines 👉 Apply now to be part of building the future of mobility!
