About the Role As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring every home and community space runs smoothly. From HVAC troubleshooting and plumbing repairs to carpentry and appliance maintenance, you’ll handle a wide range of hands-on tasks that make a real difference for our residents. This position is perfect for a skilled professional who values quality, teamwork, and meeting deadlines with precision especially during turns and work order cycles. You’ll work closely with a supportive property management team that recognizes excellence and celebrates reliability. What You’ll Do Perform expert-level repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance systems. Complete work orders efficiently and prepare homes for new move-ins (“make-ready”/turns). Assist with preventive maintenance on home systems and community equipment. Keep our property pristine with occasional grounds and exterior upkeep. Participate in on-call rotations and respond swiftly to maintenance emergencies. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven maintenance experience (residential or property-based preferred). Strong skills in general repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and self-motivated. Team player who can also work independently to meet goals and deadlines. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal tools required.
