Description Celtic Property Management is seeking an organized, experienced, and motivated Community Manager to lead operations at Ghost Ranch I & II, a beautiful tax credit community located in scenic Tucson, Arizona. If you’re a detail-driven professional with a strong background in LIHTC compliance, team leadership, and resident satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
