Now Hiring for Licensed Security Officers – Atlanta - MidTown Data Center 2-3 Shifts Integrity | Service | Commitment | Drive | Innovation Six months to one year of experience in Security at a Data Center is required Working with data center systems, CCTV, VMS. Controlling ingress/egress and making rounds Requires: Ability to walk throughout the 8-hour shift Security License Valid Driver's License Must have reliable transportation Shift Schedules include weekends 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am **This is not on the MARTA line $18.00 p.hr If you do not meet these requirements - our website has numerous other openings Benefits: 401 (k) Insurance: medical, vision and dental Short term disability Critical care/Hospital Indemnity Complimentary life insurance Pet insurance Legal assistance/guidance Identity theft protection Paid on the job training Paid time off Bi-Weekly Pay Competitive compensation Career advancement opportunities Continuous learning opportunities through LMS Employee referral bonus program Employee assistance program (EAP) Employee recognition events Employee performance incentives/rewards Professional growth and development opportunities Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by operations Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent Valid GA 24 Hr Certification Valid GA Driver’s License Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time #IND3
