Description Life in Paradise is searching for a first-class maintenance specialist! This person will respond to maintenance requests in a safe and timely manner. Maintenance may pertain to general maintenance inside owner's units, or, out in the general common area. Responsibilities & Duties: General maintenance includes common repairs to everyday items. General repairs include but not limited to fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing storm doors, replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, maintaining cleanliness of facilities, basic landscaping. Troubleshooting skills in electrical and AC work is not mandatory but a definite plus. Collaborate and communicate with 3rd party contractors to coordinate scheduled work. Requirements Troubleshooting & Diagnostic skills on basic household items; AC/Heating/Electrical troubleshooting skills a plus Repair Capabilities on basic household items Ability to use hand and power tools Work is both indoor and outdoor Requires working evenings, weekends, or being on-call for emergencies Customer Service Oriented Great Communicator Sound Decision making

Responsibilities
