Description Life in Paradise is searching for a first-class maintenance specialist to join our team. This person will respond to maintenance requests in a safe and timely manner. Clear and professional communication with guests, owners and back to management is imperative. Prior maintenance and troubleshooting experience is required. Requirements Troubleshooting & Diagnostic skills on basic household items; AC/Heating troubleshooting skills a plus Repair Capabilities on basic household items Critical Thinking "Get it done" attitude Great Communicator Works well within a team and alone Sound Decision making Valid Drivers License
