Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Location: On-site in Lenexa, KS If you're reliable, detail-focused, and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Assemble automotive components and parts Operate production equipment Inspect products to ensure quality standards Move materials within the production floor Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Maintain a clean and safe workspace Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependable and consistent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods Willingness to work overtime when needed High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus-but not required What You'll Get Weekly pay Paid holidays + 80 hours PTO in your first year Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor company contribution $100/month food credit (on-site kitchen) Employee discounts Employment is contingent on a background check.
