ABOUT THE ROLE

Eternal Beauty Institute is seeking a seasoned Government Compliance Officer / Compliance Liaison with 10+ years’ experience working in or with government on compliance, regulations, government contracts, and student financial aid. You’ll be our point of contact with regulators and funding bodies, ensuring our colleges and medical education programs meet all provincial and federal requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary liaison to government ministries, agencies, and auditors.
• Interpret and implement regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and student-aid requirements across provinces.
• Draft, review, and maintain policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols; conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee government contracts/RFPs, reporting, and renewal cycles; track deadlines and submissions.
• Lead regulatory audits and inspections, preparing documentation and responses.
• Train staff on compliance changes; create checklists and corrective action plans.
• Monitor legislative updates; advise leadership on impacts and mitigation.
