SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Host or Host to join our team at Funck’s Restaurant in Hershey, PA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service operations.
