Description Celtic Property Management is seeking a strong, experienced HUD and Tax Credit Community Manager to lead Sunrise Vista, a community that requires hands-on leadership, compliance expertise, and a team-first mindset. This role is ideal for a working manager who is confident in HUD, Tax Credit, EIV, and HOTMA requirements and is ready to take ownership of operations, support the onsite team, and help move the property forward. We are looking for a leader who leads from the front, walks the property, stays engaged with residents and staff, and understands that success comes from collaboration, accountability, and consistency.
