REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Previous landscaping/grounds maintenance experience (foreman or lead hand preferred)
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract (must be able to drive company trucks)
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule
✔ Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Lead and supervise maintenance and landscape crews on residential and commercial sites
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and skidsteers when needed
• Communicate with management regarding site progress and requirements
• Train and support crew members
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and quality control
