What You’ll Do: Professionally present the features and benefits of our community to prospective residents Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants Complete lease applications, tax credit paperwork, and required documentation accurately and timely Follow up on leads and maintain detailed guest cards in property management software Assist with daily and weekly reports, market surveys, and resident communications Maintain curb appeal, tour paths, and vacant units to company standards Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospects and current residents You’ll play a key role in resident retention, marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Tax Credit regulations. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of onsite leasing or property management experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Knowledge of Fair Housing and Tax Credit compliance (preferred) Professional communication and organizational skills Weekend availability required Why Join Celtic Property Management?
