What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support the onsite maintenance team Oversee daily work orders, unit turns, and emergency repairs Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building systems Keep grounds, common areas, and exteriors clean and well-maintained Complete preventative maintenance and adhere to safety procedures Assist with inspections, reporting, vendor coordination, and special projects Uphold OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies Respond to on-call rotations and emergency tenant calls Shovel snow and assist with winter readiness as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Pool experience is a major plus EPA Certification required Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team Must own standard hand tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Must work well as part of a team Must be willing to handle on-call rotations (emergency tenant calls) Must be willing to shovel snow and support seasonal property needs Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high property standards Maintenance Supervisor Job Des… Why Work for Celtic Property Management?
