Description Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee all maintenance operations at Fillmore Place, a residential community in Phoenix. This is a leadership role for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work, team leadership, and keeping a community running at its best. What You’ll Do As the Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for both leadership and daily maintenance operations, including: Overseeing all maintenance activity including work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs Leading and training onsite maintenance staff Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, fire systems, water heaters, and other building systems Ensuring all common areas, grounds, and exteriors meet company standards Managing work orders, purchase orders, and inventory Coordinating vendors and capital projects Conducting inspections and preparing units for move-in Leading monthly safety meetings and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Tax Credit, and company policies Requirements What We’re Looking For EPA Certification a plus 1 to 3+ years of maintenance experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance Ability to supervise and motivate a maintenance team Experience using Yardi or similar property management systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be available for on-call rotation and occasional weekends What We Offer Competitive pay Generous PTO accrual starting day one Medical, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary benefits and group term life insurance 11 paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities A supportive leadership team and strong company culture At Celtic Property Management, we believe great communities start with great teams.
