Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician & Assistant Maintenance Technician Location: Carolina Regional Office – Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call rotation We are seeking both an experienced Maintenance Technician and an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support our communities with high-quality maintenance and exceptional customer service. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just getting started in the field, Towne has a place for you. Compensation Maintenance Technician (Experienced): $22–$27/hour (based on experience & qualifications) Assistant Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level): $15–$17/hour — training available HVAC experience preferred; higher pay for qualified candidates Make an Impact In these roles, you’ll help keep our communities safe, functional, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include: Performing hands-on maintenance and repairs for condominium and homeowner associations Servicing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance Completing general repairs in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building upkeep Maintaining exterior areas, including gutters, roofs, and lighting systems Delivering excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors Managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes Responding to emergencies during on-call rotations Bring Your Skills The ideal candidates are problem-solvers who enjoy variety and take pride in their work.
