We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Resident Services Coordinator to help us strengthen resident relationships, promote engagement, and connect families with resources that make a difference. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same you’ll be the friendly face that helps residents thrive, supports the property team, and keeps our community vibrant and connected. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with residents and connect them to helpful local resources and programs. Plan and host on-site resident events such as health screenings, job-readiness workshops, and seasonal celebrations. Assist residents in crisis situations with empathy, referrals, and follow-up support. Conduct regular home inspections and help ensure our community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. Capture 360° photos of available homes for marketing and virtual tours. Work closely with property management to resolve concerns and foster a positive living environment. Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and programs. Requirements What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in social services, case management, housing, or community outreach. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Organized, empathetic, and proactive able to balance multiple responsibilities with care. Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Responsibilities
The Resident Services Coordinator will build strong relationships with residents and connect them to local resources and programs. They will also plan and host resident events, assist residents in crisis situations, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
