Description

The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities: • Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner. • Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness. • Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts. • Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas. • Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor. Essential Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred. • Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly. • The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. Responsibilities

The Seasonal Store Associate acts as the customer service specialist, responsible for exceeding expectations by understanding customer needs and providing detailed product information while representing the brand. Key duties include greeting customers, maintaining shop floor cleanliness, providing service at various points, processing deliveries, and managing stock and displays.
