We are seeking a full‑time Cardiology NP/PA to support our expanding service line across Reno and Sparks. Position Overview Employment Type: Full-time, employed Schedule: Your choice of 4x10s or 5x8s Call: None Patient Volume: Approx. 18 patients/day (varies) Locations: Reno & Sparks Cardiology Clinics, Northern Nevada Medical Center, Sierra Medical Center Team Structure: Collaborative Cardiology group with 7 physicians, 1 NP, 1 PA, full CT Surgery program, and dedicated CHF nurse Support Staff: MA, device tech, procedure schedulers, front desk support Technology: Cerner AI Scribe to streamline documentation Responsibilities Provide Cardiology rounding in hospital settings (consults, discharges, post-procedure follow-up) Conduct clinic visits (urgent device management, chronic disease surveillance) Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary teams Document care efficiently using Cerner and AI‑assisted tools Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive $135K–$165K range Bonuses: Commencement bonus + relocation package PTO: Generous paid time off CME: CME days + reimbursement Licensure: Annual dues and license reimbursement Insurance: Health, dental, vision & retirement 401(k): Employer matching program Qualifications Licensed NP or PA (or ability to obtain Nevada license) All experience levels considered; 1+ year of cardiology experience preferred Strong interest in both inpatient and outpatient cardiology Why Reno, Nevada?
