Flexible Scheduling Your Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team. Document in Athena EMR. Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time. You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting Required Qualifications: Master's degree in nursing with board certification. Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice. Minimum two years' Nurse Practitioner experience. Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes. EMR experience and adapts well to new technologies. Participation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Value-Based care, Primary Care or Medicare Advantage settings working with Geriatric patients. Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license or Medicaid and Medicare numbers. Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines. Work Environment Outpatient clinical setting. Our clinics are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
