PacSci EMC, an operating company under Ralliant, is seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Program Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship is designed for students graduating in 2026–2027 who are eager to gain hands-on experience supporting new product development programs, customer engagement, and program execution within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating proposal efforts, customer support, and program activities. Support Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) on development programs from proposal through product launch. Help analyze process and capacity issues using business tools and data. Contribute to program budgeting efforts, including tracking product cost targets. Assist in preparing and releasing program documentation that defines scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Support management and customer presentations for assigned proposals and programs. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure customer requests and schedules are met. Help develop preliminary Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) during bid phases and track updates during execution. Participate in contract reviews and negotiations alongside program managers and contract managers. Support prioritization and mitigation planning for facility capacity and scheduling challenges. Travel as required by program and customer needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Junior or senior standing in 2026 or 2027, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Interest in aerospace and defense, government contracting, and program management. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Due to contractual and regulatory requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 20.0 - 40.0 Is this role subject to ITAR?
