JOB REQUIREMENTS OF NPD TECHNOLOGIST:

• Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will be an integral part of the NPD team, delivering NPD and EPD projects.
• Preparation of samples, both in the NPD kitchen and factory and the paperwork associated with the samples.
  · Supporting with customer events/high profile visits & product submissions. Attending as required.
  · Conduct product panels.

· Stay well-informed of market trends, including pork products, to drive innovative and competitive product. Would require traveling to supermarkets to purchase competitor/competitive samples.

• While responsibilities are site based, there may be the requirement for travel between sites and to customers.

· Working with our supply base, sourcing new raw materials & Packaging.
· Conducting cooking generations and validations for new & existing products
· Support & lead factory trials ensuring they are planned and communicated effectively and documented.
