Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc: * Know how to operate machines in the assigned stages. * Collect necessary data for each of those stages. * Ensure the correct input and output quantities for each EBR lot Biết vận hành máy ở những công đoạn được phân công. Chịu trách nhiệm nhập dữ liệu vào hệ thống PAC khi chạy hàng EBR. * Tooling minor conversion and parameter adjustment during NPI activities. Chuyển đổi chức năng các dụng cụ đơn giản và điều chỉnh thông số máy trong các hoạt động của nhóm NPI. * Perform Experiment and Final Test manufacturing functions particularly for New Product Development and/or Introduction. Thực hiện các chức năng chạy sản xuất thử nghiệm và kiểm tra cuối cùng cho nhóm NPD/NPI. * Performs the preparation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to ensure that prior test execution the ATE is in A1 condition. Thực hiện việc chuẩn bị thiết bị kiểm tra tự động (ATE) để đảm bảo cho việc kiểm tra ATE luôn trong điều kiện A1. * Monitors, audits and provide guidance to line operators. Giám sát, kiểm tra và hướng dẫn cho nhân viên vận hành máy. * Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify quality or yield issues or test new products. Xử lý các lần chạy thử nghiệm và chuẩn bị dữ liệu ghi nhận, biểu đồ và đồ thị kết quả để trình bày cho nhóm kỹ sư nhằm xác định các vấn đề về chất lượng hoặc năng suất hoặc kết quả thử nghiệm các sản phẩm mới. * Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering build. Hỗ trợ các vấn đề liên quan kỹ thuật cho quá trình phát triển và xây dựng kỹ thuật. * Performs the inspection, preparation of test hardware and its peripherals prior testing. Thực hiện việc kiểm tra, chuẩn bị phần cứng và các thiết bị ngoại vi trước khi chạy thử nghiệm. * Assists in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. Hỗ trợ lựa chọn và thiết lập các thiết bị thử nghiệm chuyên dụng. * Work with NPI engineers in analyzing and performing first level verification. Làm việc với kỹ sư nhóm NPI để phân tích và xác minh các dữ liệu ở cấp độ căn bản. * Work with NPI engineers in NPD/NPI qualifications. Làm việc với kỹ sư nhóm NPI trong quá trình chạy đánh giá chất lượng. * Any other tasks as assigned by management.
