Job Summary
.We are looking for a new NPI Manager employee to be based in Lodz.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Team Management and Development: Lead the NPI team, oversee tasks, and support team members’ professional growth.
  • Coordination of NPI Processes: Supervise the end-to-end implementation of the NPI process across all product/project development stages.
  • Client Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and address issues during all project phases.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Report on the status of new product implementation and pilot results to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Supplier and Internal Collaboration: Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure technical requirements, material availability, and process specifications are met for new projects.
  • Production Readiness: Oversee the preparation and execution of trial production runs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and schedules.
  • Problem-Solving and Corrective Actions: Address and resolve issues during production launches, ensuring documentation, BOM structure, and client requirements are met.
  • Process Optimization and Reporting: Participate in process improvement initiatives and prepare detailed reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Education and Experience: Higher education, preferably technical, with at least 1 year of experience in roles such as NPI Engineer, ECO Engineer, or Process Engineer, including project management and team leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and drawings, along with expertise in MS Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a related industry is preferred, with an additional advantage for experience in medical device projects.
  • Fluent Polish & at least B2 level English language skills
  • Project and Team Management: Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
