Key Responsibilities Cross-teams cooperation ability: scheduling, tasks allocation, communication, customer audit, training. Necessary activities to develop, implement, maintain and improve the quality system, environment and security good practices. Review Sustaining and NPI projects co-working with the Cross functional teams. Responsible to budget management for the NPI& MPM department. Responsible for communicating with top management, high risk issues. HC Responsible. MPM/NPI/AQM KPI Responsible. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Master Degree is a Plus. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business, Administration is a plus Supervisory or Team Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing a team of engineers or technicians. Department KPI management: At least 4 years of experience. Manages and promotes the continuous improvement program (Including Kaizen): At least 5 years of experience. Technical Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of relevant technical areas such as electrical or mechanical engineering, CAD software, PCBA-SMT regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress. Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify complex project issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. Certificate: ISO 9001. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage and resolve issues. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with international suppliers and internal teams. Ability to thrive under pressure by maintaining composure and delivering results in high-stress or fast-paced situations. Demonstrated proficiency in self-directed learning, quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving challenges.
