Description

Role Summary: Work closely with production ,design ,Test engineering ,product engineering , and other stakeholders to release new product in test site. Leading the Test program & Hardware development for new production to meet time plan, cost and quality as target. Job Responsibility: Develop the test program and test hardware for New product. Support product qualification, characterization and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterization, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc. Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement as fast as possible, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test failure analysis etc. Control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process e.g. Enovia process. Support fab/assembly/test center transfers, new product introduction and volume ramp-up. Plan/manage/control new product requirement quality ,delivery and cost meet as target. Job Qualification: Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Control system and instruments Engineering or Relate field. Highly experience in test program development in multiple tester platform. Experienced in test lead of new product development is an advantage. Java/VBT/ C++ programming knowledge. Tester knowledge in Teradyne / Advantest (J750 / V93K) is an advantage. Experience of Sub Version Control (SVN) or Collabnet is an advantage. Strong in Gross Margin Improvement in Semiconductors Test. Strong analytical skills, Test hardware/software development, experience in subcontractor management will be advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure.
