Role Summary: We are looking for a Junior NPI Engineer to join the Product SCE dynamic team with global working environments.PE SCE, we provide the hand over new products to the manufacturing / sustaining team. We are working with the manufacturing team to ensure production run smoothly during the safe launch phase. Plus, You will meet globally talented people with a great teamwork mindset and work in the defined standard process Job Responsibility: Work with both NPI and manufacturing team for qualification readiness. Provide test data analysis for qualification samples. Work with NPI team to find root cause in case qualification result is not as expected. Work with manufacturing team for production readiness. Provide test data analysis and ensure quality for first production samples. Transfer product knowledge and information to manufacturing team. Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering or equivalent experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills. Good team player with ability to work across functional teams, sites, and cultures. Willingness to learn and improve skills to adapt to newer technologies and knowledges.
