  • Customer Focus: Understanding of the customer needs and priorities. Ability to translate into requirements and program objectives and monitor and report on delivery as well as facilitate customer feedback, issue management and solution development.

  • Knowledge of spark ignite / gas engine and associated electric power application and services would be greatly beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Lead critical product related projects, following the corporate New Product Introduction and other standard processes.
  • Initially the primary focus of this role is intended to be spark ignite / gas NPI programme delivery.
  • Engage with multi-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Project Objectives.
  • Provide leadership for tactical and strategic projects that support platform needs (23 to 61L).
  • Oversee creation of project plans and maintaining the plan schedule in support of Gateway / Customer introduction needs - ensuring program financials, functional requirements, cost targets and Gateway commitments are met.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and the broader organisation ensuring alignment on progress and direction.
  • Lead cross-functional team reviews to evaluate opportunities, address and resolve issues and remove barriers.
  • Identify, evaluate and deliver against opportunities to optimise cost and profitability for the platform (23 to 61L)
  • Work closely with other Product and Program Managers to ensure that projects are aligned with platforms’ long term strategic requirements and 5-to-10-year technology plan, in terms of volumes growth and technology evolution.
