ABOUT THE ROLE Do you enjoy taking complex technical projects from idea to finished product? FRAMOS is an international, product-driven imaging company with over 160 employees worldwide, enabling machines to see through advanced imaging and compute solutions. We are looking for an (NPI) Project Manager to join our team in Čakovec, Croatia, as part of our international Product team. In this role, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across both customer-specific developments and FRAMOS’ own product portfolio, while managing cross-functional teams, keeping projects on track, and making sure key decisions are made at the right time. As part of our international Product team, you will work closely with global teams and contribute to the development and launch of our product portfolio. As FRAMOS continues to grow and expand its project landscape, you will take on a newly established role, playing a key part in strengthening our project execution capabilities and driving the successful delivery of imaging solutions. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and FAE teams to clarify requirements and shape project plans for both standard products and custom solutions Lead NPI projects end-to-end—from initial socping and planning through post-launch validation and approval for mass production Bring together cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and next steps Coordinate activities across internal teams (such as Engineering, Production, Procurement, Product Marketing, Legal) and with customers to ensure that milestones and deliverables are met Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk mitigation plans, and status reports Support cost estimation, pricing alignment, and Statement of Work (SoW) creation for customer-specific projects Manage project changes in a structured way, ensuring they are assessed early and communicated clearly YOUR PROFILE Experience managing technical projects, with a clear and structured approach to planning, budgeting, and risk management Solid understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to grasp core specifications and value propositions across FRAMOS’ product portfolio Ability to stay organized and keep clarity when working on several topics at once Clear communication skills, helping to align stakeholders, ensure transparency, and avoid misunderstandings A hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to spot potential issues early and address them WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ABOUT US OUR CORE VALUES About us FRAMOS is the leading camera module design and manufacturing expert.
