Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. NPI Manager located in Dongguan. What a typical day looks like: Handle manufacturing process and equipment for NPI and MP Process SPC, lean, six sigma knowledges with data analysis and correlation knowledges Guide and train engineers and technician with solid team work spirit Projects assigned and lead the project team to meet targets predefined Monitor and manage BOM loading, materials availability, trial run builds, and samples delivery Contact window with Customer in overall activities.
