JOB SUMMARY:

The Global NPK Sales Manager, based in Dubai, is responsible for driving worldwide sales of NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium) fertilizers through strategic partnerships, distributor networks, and direct customer engagement. Operating from Dubai—a key logistics and trade hub—the role involves managing export operations, identifying new markets, and growing sales volumes in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, International Business, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in NPK fertilizer sales, with at least 3–5 years in international markets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NPK fertilizer products, formulations, and crop nutrition needs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and complex international sales deals.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and global compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the global footprint of NPK fertilizer products.
  • Identify and pursue new international markets, including agricultural importers, distributors, cooperatives, and government tenders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support.
