ABOUT THE ROLE

TF Bank AB is seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to join our team as an NPL Manager. In this role, you will form the strategy for managing and maximizing the value of TF Bank Group’s Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio. You will play a crucial role in building and leading a proactive, skilled NPL management team equipped with tools to optimize our NPL operations. This position involves liaising with third-party collection agencies (3PC), negotiating Forward Flow and portfolio sales agreements, and driving strategic initiatives in the NPL area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the NPL strategy, ensuring effective management of the NPL portfolio.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee NPL portfolio activities, including sales as one-offs or through Forward Flow agreements to maximize value.
  • Transaction Management: Lead end-to-end transaction processes—engaging investors, structuring deals, and overseeing due diligence and closure.
  • Third-Party Management: Collaborate with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to enhance performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Tool Development: Continuously evaluate and improve the bank’s NPL management toolkit to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights from NPL collections data to support effective decision-making.
