Office Work Model: Hybrid — In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday The NRF Foundation Corporate Engagement & Programs Intern will assist the NRF Foundation Programs and Corporate Engagement teams in project management, research and operations that advance the NRF Foundation’s strategic priorities around scholarships, retail training and retail careers. Essential Functions Assist with preparation and logistics for RISE Up summer conferences including event materials, tracking conference attendees and post-event follow-up communications Support research projects, including conducting interviews, identifying potential 2027 Person of the Year candidates, and analysis of grant data, credential distribution and training partner impact Support active NRF Foundation scholarship program rounds and preparation for fall scholarship programs Conduct research on academic programs and faculty aligned with scholarship focus areas Assist with the process of university membership renewals including database management Conduct prospect research on corporate partners, foundations, and grant opportunities aligned with NRFF’s mission Assist with data projects, including building and updating dashboards tracking company engagement over multiple fiscal years Requirements Minimum Qualifications Current rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, business, public policy, nonprofit management, marketing, or a related field Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and interpret data Strong written communication and proofreading abilities Excellent internal and external communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with a variety of stakeholders Excellent attention to detail, particularly in research and data analysis Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with NRF Foundation programs Experience conducting research, interviews or data analysis through coursework, internships or campus projects Experience with CRM databases, dashboards or prospect research tools Application Deadline: Must apply by February 20, 2026 for consideration.
