Description

Deep expertise in 4G/5G RAN, including CU/DU/RU and protocol stack understanding. Strong end-to-end solution architecture skills with proven trade-off decision-making. Solid knowledge of transport and timing (fronthaul/midhaul/backhaul, PTP, SyncE). Experience with KPI/SLA definition, solution design mapping, and test/acceptance planning. Hands-on experience in systems integration (RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, third-party systems). General understanding of O-RAN and open interfaces. Awareness of RAN security and compliance requirements. Strong project and stakeholder coordination skills in cross-functional, multi-country environments. Basic understanding of TCO and cost drivers in RAN solutions. Automation and scripting experience (e.g. Python, Ansible, Terraform, Moshell). Exposure to AI/ML concepts applied to network design, optimization, or assurance.
