JOB DESCRIPTION

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst speaking English and French.
The project is to support a major IT migration and integration initiative.

Conduct business requirements gathering through user interviews, data analysis, and product/service evaluations
Identify stakeholders and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
Analyse and document current and future business processes and requirements
Collaborate with IT teams to define and support the implementation of appropriate solutions
Define test scenarios and test cases to validate business requirements
Ensure operational controls and procedures are in place for a smooth transition from testing to production
