JOB DESCRIPTION

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant speaking English & French.

Maintain and update Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including but not limited to, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Microsoft Admin portal
Help on the onboarding of new features in the Microsoft 365 suite
Communication equipment deployment and knowledge transfer; this includes Teams based desk phones but also Meeting room equipment running MTR
Keep up standardized, consistent and secure mobile device platforms
Provide the end user support to ensure end user mobile devices are, deployed, managed and tracked
