The Navy’s Personnel Modernization (PersMod) program is searching for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in Millington, TN, or New Orleans, LA. The PersMod program delivers sailor self-service and automation of high volume, routine transactions. This enables legacy system consolidation and development of interoperable capabilities, which can be leveraged across the portfolio of Navy personnel systems. The Helpdesk Analyst will help manage customer requests and provide solutions to the system issues that may arise. The Analyst will provide: Software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS). Customer assistance and problem resolution to a wide variety of customers across business areas. Solutions to product or service-related questions. Responses to non-routine customer calls, email and web inquires, providing a single point of contact for problem resolution. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
