About the Role: - Senior-level position responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand development. - This role drives integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels to increase awareness, engagement and revenue impact - This position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders of regional or global teams - The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands - on execution and performance optimization. - This role is expected to influence both immediate campaign outcomes and long-term marketing direction. What you'll do: Develop and lead annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance, KPIs and ROI and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, effective execution, and measurable business impact What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience Significant experience in marketing with a proven track record or developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of brand, performance and customer engagement marketing Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, influence cross functional partners and drive results in a fast paced environment Excellent analytical , communication and problem - solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
