Responsibilities

Performing the clinical duties of a staff specialist in palliative care as determined by the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) Director of Supportive & Palliative Care. Including delivery of inpatient, outpatient and community clinical palliative care services; implementation of and participation in palliative medicine education, research and quality improvement projects; participation in other hospital activities related to the delivery of excellent palliative care. This care will be provided within the scope of practice endorsed by the NSLHD Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee (MDAAC).
