Role Overview (Drafter: MUST refer to the latest ‘Standard Job Post Template’ for samples/guides) What You Will Do Deliver GMV goal and help fashion category sellers’ growth with Rocket Growth Model Formulate and execute regional merchants recruiting strategies for designated fashion categories/sub-categories. Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants’ satisfaction Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals Basic Qualifications 5+ years of sales, business development, category management or account management experience, fashion category experience is preferred Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach Strong communication and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
