You will manage risk controls, incidents, and tenant or client issues in line with established processes.   Key responsibilities: Lead and manage field teams and contractors to deliver scheduled works across Telstra sites in NSW. Support construction activities and ensure alignment with project scope and contractual requirements. Oversee site inspections, contingency planning, operational handovers, and quality assurance. Act as Facility Manager, recommending and assessing upgrades to improve network integrity. Investigate and manage incidents, restoring site conditions across plant, network, and safety systems.     About You We’re seeking candidates with transferable experience, such as facilities/building management, or a trade background. Experience working within a Telstra network or in a ticket-of-work environment is highly desirable.
