About the Role: As the Team Leader your role is pivotal in driving and ensuring first class execution of client plans with the Sales and Merchandising teams. Therefore, your role will largely focus on coaching & training, driving sales and managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers in the Grocery, Mass & Convenience chains. We are ideally looking for a collaborative leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. If you have been a Sales Executive or Merchandiser and are looking for a step up in your career, this role could also be for you. A competitive total salary package plus quarterly bonus is on offer. To be successful in your application you will have: Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing preferred Own Vehicle Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance. Strong time and priority management skills. Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
