  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and providing feedback to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Coordinate with customers and internal project teams to support the successful integration of TOMRA sorting equipment, from point of sale through to commissioning and post-commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Applications and Engineering Design, both within Australia and internationally, to support customer and project requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating and promoting professional, collaborative behaviours.

  • An electrical qualification or trade would be highly advantageous
  • >3 years proven experience in field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex technical equipment
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and occasionally internationally (approx. 150–180 days per year)
