Program Overview: The NTU Work Exchange Program at VDL Enabling Technologies aims to provide NTU students with practical exposure and hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering and production environment. Participants will engage in various projects, collaborate with professional teams, and contribute to real-world challenges, enhancing their academic knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in ongoing engineering or production projects to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing technologies. Collaborate with team members and contribute ideas in problem-solving and project development. Participate in training sessions and workshops to understand the industry's best practices and operations. Conduct research and analysis as directed by project leads to support project objectives. Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to relevant stakeholders. Participate in company meetings and engage with other teams to broaden understanding of VDL's operations. Students currently enrolled at NTU pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. A strong interest in engineering and manufacturing processes. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts.
